where did you buy your desk/home office furniture?
we'll be buying a new desk soon- we might opt for the armoire style computer desk, so I can hide all my bills!! I'm trying to get some ideas of where to look- only place I've seen so far- is Nostalgia Oak on Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park. Otherwise I might order online, but my husband would prefer to not have to put a desk together!!
pls tell me where you purchased yours- I'd appreciate if you could post pics if you have them.......Thank you!!

well I was looking online last night and I found some really cute ones!! lots of storage- but I think my husband will kill me if he has to put it together!! at least the prices aren't horrible- in the $500 range.

we got the furniture at office max. It Sauder brand...the kind you put together. We werent sure about putting it together but let me tell you, the furniture is solid and it was very easy to put together.
We bought 2 desks, 2 chairs, armiore and the 2 drawer file cabinet and the total was around $2300.

wow! great furniture!! I didn't see your post w/ the updated pics of the desks. maybe I can reassure my DH that putting it together won't be such a pain!

we bought real basic stuff at ikea - two desks, two filing cabinets and one chair (we already had one) - $300.
