We got my granddaughter a really cute dress at Hartstrings in Tanger at Deer Park. They had a good selection, good sale and you could also use the Tanger 20% off coupon.

I was actually thinking about you and the dress you got for your DD last year from Kohl's. I remember loving it and was going to head over there to see if I could find something similar. Then I ran across this one...I may just run there and see though

I bought my daughter this dress awhile ago (can't believe how cheap it is now - I paid more but now they don't have her size left). Fits her so cute and I think even cuter in person. I like that it isn't plaid or too frilly. Also think the blue will be cute being she has 2 brothers to match! Macys actually had cute special occasion dresses. I am not a plaid fan but they have a bunch of RL cute plaid holiday dresses online.
