Where do you take your DS for their hair cuts?

Where do you take your DS for their hair cuts?
My mom thought it would be a good idea to take my 21 month old to this barber shop in north Babylon.
My mom happened to be walking by it with my son while i was working and one of the barbers was outside. At the time, my mom said my son was smiling at him and seemed to take a liking to him. She said maybe we should bring my son there to get his first cut.
So, I agreed and we took him this was actually a couple weeks ago. I was a little surprised that when it came time to pay, the guy said it was $12.00.
I ended up leaving him a tip too. Is this the going rate for a toddlers hair cut? I don't think I'll be going back there again.
Even though he did cut his hair nicely. It was just trimmed and layered slightly.

We take him to the local barber and it was $12 too. He did the first haricut for free. I take my other ds to my hair salon and he does it for $10. My younger ds is frightened of that place so he doesn't go to it.

I take my DS to the guy that cuts my DH's hair. I think it is 10 + tip.

My 2 sons and DH go to the same barber
10$ for ds 2 and 12$ for ds1
For all 3 it costs is 60$ every 3 weeks

Local barber, I think it's around $10, same price as my DH, LOL.

My mother in law is hairdresser so lucky in that way. There is really cute place in sunrise mall. The children can sit in a firetruck & watch tv at same time. I am not sure of price though
