Where does everyone get their envelopes when they make their own announcements/invitations
I did a 5x7 for our announcement and went to Staples and they only had 5 3/4x 8 and that is to big. For DS's birthday I did 4x6 and that was easier to come by.
I found a site online but was wondering if anyone purchased them in a store.

I use the 5 3/4x 8. It's annoying to me that they don't fit perfectly, but it works.
I did try to get Cedarhurst to sell me envelopes, but they wouldn't do it.

I used the ones from Staples that are a little too big. I wouldn't go crazy, its just the envelope.

i buy thick plain paper or colored paper and colored or plain envelops from paper direct. the paper and envelops arent expensive. used to use them with my old job. they also let you sample some of the papers for $5 and then give you a 5 credit towards your first order.

you need to get the A7 or Lee size envelopes. They are 5 1/4 x 7 1/4 and fit perfectly. They're hard to find unless you go to a specialty place. I buy them from Pick Quick Paper. They have them in different colors and types of papers. There's one on 110 in Farmingdale and also a few in NJ. Pick Quick

Thanks everyone. I ordered them from Paper Direct and they were very inexpensive.
Lisa, I couldn't remember the name of that store and I lived 5 minutes from there in NY
