Where to buy crib - Behr's or BBB? And why? - UPDATE AT BOTTOM - bought at Behr's - love it, and it was cheaper than BBB

Our goal for the day is to finally order the crib and then go to the beach. Which place do you think is better, and why? We liked both.

I can't say anything about Behrs....but the fact that you could use the 20% off BBB coupons on furniture...won me over at BBB

I didn't go to Behr's ordered our furniture from BBB and used the coupons

The furniture came in earlier than expected and we're getting it delivered tomorrow, so I'll keep you posted

You can't use the Bed Bath & Beyond coupons - but if you got the 20% off ones in the mail from Buy Buy Baby like 1 or 2 weeks ago, you can use those...

Nope you can use it - but it's only for 1 item. So say you order a crib and a dresser, you'll need to get 2 coupons to use if you want the discount to both. The good thing is that you can bring the coupons back to them to get the price adjusted up until you take delivery. The bad thing is, the coupons only come out like once every 3 months...so, since they just came out you would have to wait a bit to get more...We just went with more coupons to have ours adjusted that we ordered back in July...it wasn't too painful

some furniture u cannot use it on. On the bottom of the coupon its written in small print the furniture they dont discount...
Depends on the maker. I only got 5% off on my furniture from BBB but hey its better than nothing!!!

I have one crib from Behrs and we just got the one for #2 at BBB....used a nice 20% off coupon for that and it's a great crib.

I think it's all about what you're looking for, what you like and the best deal.

Behr's can be VERY expensive.

We got our set from Behr's. We are very happy with our furniture. It did take a while to come but that was expected. They delivered it as soon as it came in (took about 12 weeks).

we got ours from behr's but that's simply because what we liked best was from behr's. the only set we really liked at BBB was more $$ than the set we ended up getting from behr's. a lot of behr's stuff is expensive, but we found a reasonably priced set and love it.

I guess in the worst case scenario, if DD comes first she can sleep in a pack-n-play in our room. My sister said she did that anyway.

we did behrs. bbb wanted 100% down and I wasnt willing to pay that several months in advance.

We went to both today, and bought ours at Behrs. The exact same set was actually cheaper at Behrs, and Behr's had a 10% off sale. BBB would have been 5% off with the coupon, and on only one piece.

We love the furniture!!!!!!!

We were going to be gender neutral and sensible, but then DH became and even bigger mush than me, and we spent more than we were planning and went totally girly!

We were in Behrs saturday afternoon also and ordered our furniture. They had a great selection. I love the crib you chose. We chose something very similar from Munire with the rounded crib rales or poles (not sure what they are called).
