where to buy pedipeds
I'm thinking of getting some for DD. Where do they sell them? Would I be able to find them at the Tanger outlets?

I've found them at Buy Buy Baby. I've never seen them at the outlets.

There's a really cute shoe store for kids in Huntington Village, not too far from Ann Taylor. I forget the name, but they had a nice selection.

Not sure where you're located, but the shoe store we take DD to in Mt. Sinai has some...not a huge selection, but they have quite a few.
