Where to find nice thick wrapping paper?
I couldn't find what I wanted before or after Christmas this year..
The paper at Costco was the right thickness, but not the right print. The paper at Target was a perfect print, but too thin.
I don't have time to wait til next holiday season, so I think I'll have to order online.
I'm specifically looking for silver paper with snowflakes.
Does anyone have any secret stores on LI, or maybe a site I can check out?

My secret store is Wrap With Us on Robbins Lane in Syosset.
Here is the website w/ the address. It's sort of a warehouse w/ TONS of favors and wedding supplies. I am POSITIVE you could find what you need there!

I love the wrapping paper that kids sell for school fundraisers. They have samples in the back so you can see and feel each one.

oh wow - papermart sells 100' rolls! 
and they have some realllllly nice ones!
but I've never ordered from them and don't know the quality...
eta: they're $21 with shipping

How about using scrapbook paper? It's easier to handle, they are thick, they are like .14 a sheet, and Michael's has 100's to choose from. Just an idea!

the rolls are only 6' - I'd need quite a few of them and with shipping, its $50+
