Where would u consider the halfway pt between NYC and Nassau to be?
I have to meet someone for business in a diner or coffee shop somewhere that is about halfway for both of us. She is coming from the Upper east Side and Im in South Nassau. Shes leaving it up to me and honestly I have no idea.
I have to email her back on the sooner side and I dont know what to say
Thanks!

I would say Forest Hills. Easily accessible by public transit from either location

would she be driving or taking the subway? because what is halfway in mileage may not be halfway in terms of travel time, if that matters to you.

Re: Where would u consider the halfway pt between NYC and Nassau to be?
I know there are some diners in the Elmhurst area and they have parking lots.
They are also walkable from the train.
I haven't lived in Queens in a few years, but from what I remember, Forest Hills was very congested and a b!tch for parking, unless you put it in a lot.
