any of the kashi cereals, usually go lean. Original fiberone-original or whole wheat. Most times I eat it with plain greek yogurt as opposed to milk

sometimes I throw in 1/2 a serving of Natures Path Flax cereal....

Trader joes cinnamon puffins, they taste like cinnamon toast crunch. Lots of fiber and only 4 points w. 1% milk

I usually eat oatmeal, but when I do eat cereal it is cascading farms French vanilla almond.
