Which character for DD's party?
Dora (she seems to like the show, I can't stand it )
Hello Kitty (I'm dying for this, but as DH points out to me, it's not my birthday party it's DD's )
Minnie Mouse (she has a mickey mouse doll she loves)
Princess (Just bc it'll be somewhat princess theme)
Magenta from Blues Clues (We watch it every morning)

I say you have time to do Hello Kitty another year (esp. if you can get her into watching it in the next few years). Same with princess theme.
So I'd do either Dora, Magenta or Minnie Mouse, whichever she's more interested in now.

My daughter is almost 2 and loves loves Minnie Mouse. But if she loves Dora - i would go for Dora.

I would do Magenta because she might outgrow it by the next birthday and all the other characters can be done as she gets older. What about Blue? Blue is a girl too.

Thanks ladies, I do feel that she'll also still watch Dora for at least another year if not more..so I'm actually leaning towards minnie or magenta/blue...I just think Minnie would be more "universal" for the other kids at the party...
