which christmas dress?
I am buying my goddaughter her Christmas dress this year. It's a tradition her mother wanted to start that I would buy it for her every year. She will be 6 months at Christmas, which do you like better? I am clueless at this, since I am a boy mommy! TIA!

wow that was quick, thanks ladies!! I was leaning towards # 2 also, but I just wanted opinions since, like I said, I am a boy mommy, and I have always had only nephews, so I have never had to girl shop before. I guess it's good practice in case this baby is a girl!

Not to muddy the waters but I actually like the Hannah Andersson one better and I don't usually go for black dresses on little girls.
ETA: I think they are very different dresses and I would think about the taste of the mom you are buying for and what other kinds of outfits you have seen her in. If she like more fru fru, I would say the red. If she is more simple, I would say the black.

They are both beautiful - but if I had to pick one, I'd pick the Hannah Anderson one - I love the plaid accents!

They are both so pretty, but I would go with the first one. Love the plaid accents and it is a bit more unique.

I think the mom (my cousin), would like either one. They both seem her style. I wish I could see both in person, but I can only see the one in JC Penney, since Hanna doesn't have any stores here on LI. I am still leaning towards the red one, but not 100% sure. I guess I could ask her mom which one she would prefer, but I want to give it to her on Thanksgiving as a gift, so I would rather she didn't see it first. Thanks for the input ladies!
