Which disney wait app do you use?
I downloaded the undercover tourist one and was pretty disappointed at how inaccurate it was. I don't know if the new fast pass system is screwing it up. Even the wait lines stated at the Disney entrances were waaaaay off.
Just as an example, the app said jungle cruise was 20 min wait. the sign said 40 min wait when we entered. it ended up being a 80 min wait. About 30 min in, I was tempted to leave but then decided we were already standing for 30 min so why not be patient. totally didn't expect it to be 80 min total. that jungle ride is not worth a 80 min wait. it really isn't even worth a 30 min wait. it is not that great of a ride!
the app also was very wrong with rides that were closed due to technical difficulty. we would walk to a ride thinking it was a short wait to realize the ride was actually closed. the app totally screwed our touring.

I downloaded the MyDisney Experience one while we were there and it was perfect- wait times were accurate and we were able to sync it to our bracelets for fast passes.

I downloaded the MyDisney Experience one while we were there and it was perfect- wait times were accurate and we were able to sync it to our bracelets for fast passes.
did the mydisney experience include closed rides?

did the mydisney experience include closed rides?
It didn't' when we were there 2 weeks ago. It was still showing the wait time for Space Mountain when in fact it had closed temporarily and everyone had to leave the line.

Which disney wait app do you use?
I actually used My Disney Experience and it was spot on with closures and actual wait times. When Expedition Everest closed - it was updated almost immediately on my app. We never had an issue.

I actually used My Disney Experience and it was spot on with closures and actual wait times. When Expedition Everest closed - it was updated almost immediately on my app. We never had an issue.
Good to know. We actually stayed at Disney Dolphin so we did not have magic bands. the location was walking distance to epcot but we did not have a lot of the disney perks like reserving fast passes in advance. lesson learned. we will never be staying off resort again.
