i love #1
i have #2 and i like it, but don't care for the green color
i like the color of #3 but i'm usually not a fan of the two-tone look

but just to warn you the dinner plates are huge. they don't fit in my cabinets!
They fit in mine but they don't fit in the dishwasher!

I love white china, so I will say #1
Youc an do so much with it,diferent napkins, different table cloth, even pair it up with some accent little plates in different color.

They all are nice. It depends on what style you are going for. I love #1 and I would go with that one because of the simplicity. I love that they are white or off white , but the little detailing kicks them up a notch. With simple white dishes you can change up the colors on your table , or your kitchen and not worry about your dishes matching or not!
