These are the only ones on this list I will agree with  Cookroom is still iffy, some of it is just BEYOND greasy.

Yea, true, I guess I was just thinking of places that I love, go back to and are a little different.
I watch this show religiously and I hardly see diners and dives...I think it's become more of just mom and pop shop little eateries.

I agree with Thomas' ham and eggery.
As far as the not a diner, drive in or dive, he'a been to plenty of places that don't fit into one of those categories. I hate to quote him but he always says "ifs it's funky, we'll find it".
