I like Jessica with the dark hair. More striking.
Mischa, i don't like either way. I just don't like her, but if I had to pick, I'd say left.
And Michelle Gellar, I like with shorter hair too. She's too petite to have such long hair.

Sarah Michelle looks great both ways.
With Mischa, it's the headband that looks bad, the way she has it....the color to me is fine.
Jessica looks better with highlights, then again, she looks like she has on no makeup.

Difficult to tell. In all the left pictures, they're all smiling, which makes a big diff in the way people look, regardless of their hair/makeup.

I don't think the colors are the problem. All of the pictures on the right, the hair is MESSY. The pics on the left, the coif is nicely coiffed.

These are bad comparison pics. Of course the left side pics are better. They are all dressed up and smiling, and have there hair and makeup done. The right pics are of them walking down a street.
