I finalized my Thanksgiving meal menu. We're having 10 people for dinner and having:
Turkey Spanish rice Sweet potatoes with marshmallows Creamed Spinach Green bean casserole Stuffing Mixed greens salad Homemade flan (dessert) Pumpkin bread (possibly)
My mom is bringing pernil and MIL is bringing potato salad.
Munchkinfacemama recommended I make the creamed spinach the day before and I could make the pumpkin bread on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Anything else I could or should make ahead of time?
We'll be seasoning the turkey ahead of time and cooking on Thursday of course.

I would do:
Spanish rice - night before - just add a little chicken stock when reheating.
Sweet potatoes with marshmallows - do all the prep the night before and bake day of.
Creamed Spinach - day before.
Mixed greens salad - chop all veg the night before and just toss it together day off.
Pumpkin bread (possibly) - up to 3 days before and stored in airtight container.

Awesome, thanks so much both of you!
So, being that this is my first time making the sweet potatoes and green bean casserole...
So I should boil the potates and mash them the night before, put in dish, refrigerate and just take out to do the baking part, right?
And for the green bean casserole, mix everything together etc., and just bake the day of?
