Which pendant light?
I need four pendants for the kitchen island. Here's a picture of our kitchen:
#1 (Olde bronze finish w/champagne rust seedy glass)
#2 (Russet bronze finish w/ginger glass)

Neither, your kitchen is stainless with what looks like chrome door handles. I would go with a similiar finish.

Hmmnn...I was thinking along the same lines. Perhaps a brushed nickel finish
ETA: Except it looks like you have an open floor plan of sorts so what is the finish on the other fixtures - Do you have one in your DR already? If so, I would go with something to compliment that in that case.

it is an open floor plan, so i thought the different finish would still work. our breakfast nook fixture is a dark finish.
