Which Quest Diagnostics did you get your DC's 1 year bloodwork done?
I am terrified on getting my DD's one year bloodwork done. Any recs for a particular Quest lab? Do they draw a vial or is it pin pricks? The doc said its to check iron and lead levels.

I didn't go to Quest because they don't take my insurance anymore but I did take my son this week and they took three vials of blood from his arm and he didn't even cry! It's over before you know it.

We went to the one in Smithtown on East Main Street.
Make an appointment and bring your confirmation. You won't have to wait at all.
We had an older woman and she was very gentle.

ETA: They take vials from their arm.

Port Washington on Vanderventer Street. The lab tech who took DSs blood was very good with him, and they have a room for children with cartoon characters posted. He was fine, no problems.

Plainview location on Manetto Hill Road.
They told me they don't do pricks only needles but Chloe was a trooper and she did great.
I did not have an appointment and I waited 15 minutes..

We live in NJ, so I took DS to a Quest out here.
They drew vials with a needle and DS didn't even flinch.  I was shocked! He just watched the woman do it and that was it!
