Which Quest does Semen Anyalisis?
Prefer Western Suffolk or Eastern Nassau but not sure which exactly location since their site won't for some reason work for me.

When we did it, I believe the Quest in Syosset did it.... but that was ages ago so I'd call them to double check! Good luck!

Neither quest nor labcorp do them anymore. My dh had to go to some random place in syosset. If you have a RE they will do it there. Call quest they will tell you where your dh has to drop off a sample and also he needs an appt they are only allowed to do x number a day.

Update finally go through at Quest - they don't do them. I am tried calling my DR but no one is available. I will have to wait and call back - TY

yep Quest no longer does them...any RE will do them in house plus when we did it at Quest the results really are not detailed enough...an RE uses criteria to fully evaluate the sperm for motility & morphology...I believe its called the krueger strict morphology test...

You can go to Enzo Labs in Farmingdale. I don't have their info with me but they will come up in Google. :)

Enzo doesn't do them anymore either! That's where we were gonna go and when I called to make my appt. they said they no longer o it.
We have to go thru an RE now

my DH did his through North Shore LIJ labs since he worked right down the block from NSUH . he made an appointment and then produced the sample at home and dropped it off within the hour (we lived about 10 mins away) at the appointment time.

We went through all this, it was such a PITA. We went to Sunrise Medical in Syosset area I think? It's particularly annoying because you have to drop it within an hour of collection, and at like 11 AM, on work days, so not super convenient...
