Getting Johns 2nd birthday outfit together. I got this at the gap, but I'm having trouble finding shoes. I want it to look like "dressy casual"

I love #1 - I think that will complete a "preppy" look if that's what you're going for. Michael wore a similar outfit last year for Easter and he wore plaid sneakers - similar style to the first pair you posted, but had laces (not so similar then I guess, lol)...
