Which would you pick?
I would choose target because it's more convenient for me to go there. However, Walmart has that 1 hour in stock guarantee. I'm still having this debate with myself bc I plan on getting one for my nephew.

Which would you pick?
Target, as I will not shop in Walmart for a few different reasons. The nail in the coffin though was the last time in the Westbury store, I had to step over human feces. It was not a pet, or a child who had an accident, it was just human sh@t!

I would go with Target just because I shop there more than Walmart. Is it only in store on black friday or online too? I hate the thought of going out on black friday but we are getting dd the ipad too.

Would you be purchasing the item at the store? If so, I think I'd go Walmart-less money upfront. I would not do any online or site-to-store nonsense with Walmart, though. We've had a few near disasters with orders being canceled, shipped to wrong store, lost orders.

Right! LOL. I love Walmart. I find a lot of basic stuff there that I just never find at Target! Their holiday stuff has great prices, cardstock, craft supplies, party supplies etc. Of course some is poor quality, but a lot of the stuff I get there is great! Maybe it helps that I have a pretty good store near me!

I have a good store near me too. The grocery section is better than the target one and I get my dog stuff cheaper there than anywhere else. One time I went all over looking for Goya Empanada shells and the only place that had them was Walmart. Lol
I'm lucky to have both stores near me.

And I would NEVER set foot in a walmart -- just not my store, BUT they offer tons of stuff online that i use everyday -- diapers, wipes, etc. You can burn through a GC in one fell swoooooooop!

My sister said the gift cards are not usually available to use immediately, it's usually like an hour or so after the purchase.
The Walmart one is a door buster, but I don't think the Target deal is.

The Target gift cards are activated immediately, at least that has been the case on promotional purchases like this in the past.
