While on Antibiotics..
Does anyone know that supliment you can take while on antibiotics so you don't get a YI?
I know you can eat yogurt, but I'm not down with eating yogurt for 30 days....

Yeah, you can take it twice a day, it's harmless. it just repalces the good bacteria in your stomach.
Some people take ti every day with or without anitbiotics

got it.. thanks!
pharmacist told me to take 2 a day while I'm on the sntibiotic, then 2 a day for 5 days after I finish it...
sick the antibiotic is 30 days.. they only had the small bottle of 50 pills.. i'll just have to get more I guess....

Also make sure you keep it the fridge. That is what my bottle said.
