White Post Farms/Venetian Shores: fun for 9 month old?
Do you think either place will be fun for a 9 month old?
TIA!

Well Venetian Shores has the cool sprinkler park but my DD is 14 months & its still kinda too big for her. She does like sitting on the spouts of water on the ground & sitting on top of the turtle getting wet, yet she's mainly too small.
White Post she'd like the animals (maybe?)

AJ is 9 months and Venetian Shores was way to old/big for him. Plus I thought the water was freezing.
He does like White post farms though. He seems to enjoy the animals even though he is in his stroller the entire time.

I'd say too young for Venetian. There are usually older kids running around so it's not really a place for children who aren't steady on their feet (and at 9 months, I assume your DC is not walking). At almost 2 years old, my DD has been knocked down 2x with me right by her side by kids weaving in and out of the spouting water.
White Post can be fun. There's the train ride and lots of animals---great atmosphere. There are some shady grass areas to sit and set up a blanket for a bit as well.
