Do you have to tip on top of the meal and service charge? Or is the service charge the tip?

I plan to get a photographer, nothing fancy that i think will cost about $100-300. Do I have to tip the photographer?

I know for my wedding, I did not tip anyone extra at the hall but I tipped my photographers/videographers $200 each. Since the photographer will only cost about $200, I wasn't sure if and how much to tip them.

Are you supposed to tip florists, entertainers, bakers? I tipped everyone for my wedding. Wasn't sure if you were supposed to tip for bday parties too.

Ugh. I hate event planning!
