who do you use to just remove tree roots?
is it a tree removal company? or a landscaper?we just had a tree removed... they removed some of the roots but our lawn is still covered and I was hoping to plant somebushes in that area. TIA!

How big was the tree? I've pulled out roots with my truck a few times in my yard... 
If it's mainly the trunk that is underground, a tree removal company can grind that down. I'm having them come over today to grind down the stump from the tree they cut down on Saturday. If you have lots of roots that are running along the yard, I'm not sure if they will do that, though. You might need a landscaper for that....
