I have it and I love it. I go through periods where I use it then I don't. I use it alot during the colder months. I like doing the hoola hoop excerise. Its so much fun and def a good work out.

I do. I like it too.. always try to beat my top score. I use the boxing, hula hoop, running, strength training, balance training. The more you use it the more challenging it gets.
Dust off and start using..its fun.

MY feeling about it is that it's a good fill in for days where you can't make it to the gym but I would not use it as my only source of working out. When I first started my weight loss journey I didn't belong to a gym and I would do wii fit and 30 day shred a few days a week. Now that I belong to a gym and I go 6-7 days a week, I don't use the wii fit as much but I still use it probably once as week.

I have wii fit. It is fun but not the most challenging work out. I do not use it that often but that is b/c I have been working crazy hours not b/c it is not fun.

We have it...although our entire Wii console has been collecting dust since we moved!
Its a fun game. I like trying to beat my scores. For me, its not a workout at all. I don't feel like I'm doing anything. I also have a pretty high level of fitness so the wii games dont do much for me.

almost word for word i agree. have not used it since we moved.
i did use it for a workout and i felt like it wasn't enough.

It does go thru periods of dust collecting. But then you get re-enthused with it.
It is fun, not a major work-out, but better than doing nothing!
I don't own a scale, so I tend to use it once a week to check my weight, then do a work out routine on it.
