They will ask you a bunch of questions about the house like the square footage and amount of rooms.
But two questions I had trouble answering and had to look up was the distance from the house to the nearest fire hydrant and the distance to the nearest firehouse.

Do you have the appraisal? You are going to need that and it will have all the info for them on that.

How do you find that, because my real estate agent I don't think knew it either.

I don't have the appraisal yet. We justs signed the contract today. We don't close until the end of next month.

I don't have the appraisal yet. We justs signed the contract today. We don't close until the end of next month.
I would wait to be honest with you. You have some time. Once you get the house appraised, I would do it then. They are going to need the replacement cost of the house and not what you purchased that house for as well as general info that you will find on there. You are most likely not going to know the exact square footage, year built, etc...
You will need to show proof of Insurance a couple of days before closing, so that is why I am saying you have some time.

We have Traveler's
They will also ask questions like, what kind of heat does the house have, what type of drywall, etc. I had to have DH call them back b/c I had no clue.
