Aw, poor baby! I always feel so bad strapping DS in the car seat when he doesn't want to be in it!
(but somehow I can't help but laugh at the same time.. terrible I know, but I can't help it!)

I drove alone with her to NY- lemme tell you, THAT was pleasant I have the only kid in creation who does NOT sleep in the car.
At least on the way home I sat in the back once she started seriously flipping out (after stopping for ga$ in NJ).

ugh, I feel your pain, we drove from NC to LI (12 hours)...not so fun
mikayla was good up until the last few hours but oh, those hours lasted forever

My DD doesn't sleep in the car on long rides usually either, even if it's naptime
