Together for "important" decisions. I also show all my purchases to DH (clothes, toys, etc...) to make sure to get his input or just show him.

I voted together but its really more like 70% me and 30% DH.
me too. on the non mom things (food, clothes) i consult daddy, gotta make him feel needed

I do from A to Z. Once in awhile DH will but it's mostly me. I think he perfers it that way too.

I would say all me. But in fairness, he is easy going and never picks out a movie or what we should eat. He's a very "whatever you want" type.
This is us too. But he'll chime in if he feels I haven't cut up Ryan's food small enough. Anything big I do run by him, or if I'm unsure/frustrated with something he will help me make a decision.

Major stuff both but everyday stuff, food starting, diaper size, etc I do. I think that is just a mother thing.

When they were smaller, I made most of the decisions. But as they get older, DH plays a bigger part, like if we should sign my DS up for Lacrosse or Hockey, what hours we should sign DD up for in preschool, etc. I still make a lot of decisions when it comes to their general well being but he is helping to shape their personalities & foster their interests along with me.

I have to agree with this. DH makes decisions regarding the crib suff and we work together regarding gear but......I have the veto power and the decisions mostly fall on my shoulders.
I handle all of the coordination (ex. daycare), food choices (most of the time), etc.

I make them 99 percent of the time. Every now and then DH might try to give his opinions, but basically when the kids are involved I run the show.

But, to be fair, you did the vast majority of "making" the kids.... , so mathematically, you should get to make the vast majority of the decisions.
