Who takes DHEA here and did it improve your response?? Plus supplements for DOR question.....
Only one RE recommended DHEA aggressively. My new RE is not against it but does not see the proof in studies that it improves low response.
Who takes it here and has it improved your egg quality?
I'm really struggling with my quality and I need all of the help I can get. My RE eventually wants me on HGH but I prefer to wait on that.
So far I am on---
Ubiquanol 400 daily
Folguard
Vitamed multi
Fish oil 1000
Vit e 100
Vit D 2000iu
Vit C 1000
Melatonin
Going to start my royal jelly again
I can't bear to go for a third IVF with no embies again.
What am I doing wrong here? Anything I can add to this to help boost my response?

I'm taking 75 mg of micro nized DHEA daily. I did 50 mg for my last cycle, so the RE suggested increasing it. I also read that maca may help with quality so I'm taking that too along with ubiquanol and royal jelly. I'm taking a prenatal too.

I'm going to try maca. Heard good things about it.
I was told 75mg of DHEA daily so I think I'm going to aim for 50 to start. I have the micronized too so hopefully I will see an improvement!!

Last time, I couldn't find micronized at GNC, so I bought the regular kind. This time I ordered from one of the specialty companies. Hopefully that and the higher dose will help for my next cycle.

Since switching over to my RE im taking (not told by him but he does know I am taking all of these and he said they were good)
Dhea 75mg (1 25 mg 3x a day)
Cq10 Umbiliqol (spelling sorry) 3x day
Royal Jelly 3x day
L-arginine 3 x daily
Fertilaid as a multi vit (with vitex to lower fsh)
i recently added the selenium and melatonin but have just added those...
Now I have not seen any improvement (if anything my numbers have gone worse this month - but my RE said it takes 3 months for the future antral follies to respond to any treatment with the DHEA so you have to be on it for like 3 months before IVF to see the iimprovements is what I have heard and read- I feel like it cant hurt -right?

How long have you been on the Ubiquinol? Just know supplements take a good 90+ days for optimal results.
Have you also tried Super R-Lipoic Acid (300mg daily). That is a supplement that is also known to improve egg quality; but again; it takes a good 90 days.
Also Optimized Resveratrol comes highly recommended; which is an anti-oxidant. (250mg daily)

I get very sick from natural wheat grass and I'm linking it to my gluten allergy. I have to look for GF wheat grass supplements.

I also forgot to add Organic Green Tea is also great for Egg Quality.
Its OK that it has caffeine; just as long as its Organic. I buy it online at Vitacost.
You can also get Wheatgrass at Vitacost too. I used to use Amazing Grass Wheatgrass. It's powdered; organic and GF.

Hi. So far I'm a big fan of HGH. This is by far my best cycle yet and I think its due to the HGH. I still have 15 going on day 3 and of those 15 12 are 6 cells or above. I'll let you know more on Friday and how many freeze but I'm saying its the HGH. Wallgreens had it cheaper at $400 something. I think its definitely worth a shot for IVF 3. This is my 3rd IVF and I'm doing whatever it takes.

I was scared of the effects. I did tons of research. I know its very NEW in the use of IF but since we use such a small dose I decided to do it. I had NO side effects.

It is actually a plant that is native to North America that they make tincture out of. It promotes blood flow to the ovaries and helps stimulate egg production. :)

I would add maxigreens too. I took melatonin royal jelly maxigreens fish oils coq10 to name a few.
