Whoa cranky pants!
So our schedule or shall I say routine has been out the window the past few days... between the holidays, out of state relatives, and getting ready for his christening...its been crazy...
My boy is still up and sooooo not happy...hes not hungry...I tried some mylicon drops thinking maybe gas..howeveer that didnt work... I rocked him, rubbed his belly... NOTHING!!!
Right now he's laying in his crib, staring at his mobile... (he still sleeps in his bassinet...) i truely think he is overtired...but he is fighting it big time...
What can I do... he's so cranky!

Re: Whoa cranky pants!
you can try to Put him in the carseat onthe dryer it simulates a car ride? Swing or bouncer? --pray.
I would bet a thousand dollars that it is seriously just overtired-ness.. The holidays ALWAYS did that to my boy... lol.. It would come to the point where I would cuddle him to pieces, and then I had to put him in his bassinet or crib and just say a prayer..Dear god PLEASE let him fall asleep.. lol.. It works!

Re: Whoa cranky pants!
What seems to work like a charm when Alex is overtired and fighting sleep is to hold her in my arms and dance to music... by the third song, she's usually out

Re: Whoa cranky pants!
It drives you nuts when they fight sleep!!! I hope he ended up going to bed eventually and that you were able to rest. Our schedule didn't get messed up because of the holidays -- we just sat home thanksgiving day because of Bill being in the hospital and this whole sucky situation with my family that I won't even get into -- but I can just imagine how hard it would have been though with a little baby. Poor Ryan, he's probably all confused. I hope he got to sleep and that you did too!
