Whole Foods - Lake Grove: Special Open House

(I know a lot of people have been waiting for this Whole Foods to finally open. If you want to get a sneak peak of the store, get some freebies & munchies, and be charitable all at the same time, see below)

Monday, March 15th
5 pm to 8 pm

Join us to have a look at what’s in store and celebrate with hors d’oeuvres, activities and music by Brazilian jazz band HypnoSmoothie and a special performance by singer, songwriter Jen Chapin.

$10 cash donation at the door. 100% of the proceeds will benefit Long Island Cares and your donation will provide 10 meals for those in need.

I am looking forward to it ,,,but i am not too thrilled to see a PETCO, built next door. I had a friend who worked at a pet store, and lets just say, ALOT of mice and Rats.....Hopefully there are alot of traps.
