Whole Wheat Flour
Can I replace white flour in a recipe for whole wheat flour? I thought I heard somewhere you can only replace half it calls for.

Re: Whole Wheat Flour
Usually I do half, I have tried more but then the baked goods come out hard as a rock and heavy as a brick!
I think when you buy "whole wheat" prepared baked things, they still have some regular flour in them. I think the whole wheat is too dense to use on its own.
Replacing half still gives you a lot of health benefits and fiber!
