ME! I have at least 30 lbs to lose after 2 kids in 2 years. But I start Tuesday because tomorrow is a big eating day here

I want to go back to the gym on a regular basis and try to eat good. I never really go on a certain diet, I just try to eat as healthy as possible on weekdays and then I let myself slip a little on the weekends.
I need to loose 15lbs or at least gain muscle and loose some fat.

I sorta started last Tuesday because I had eaten wayyy too much at Christmas. So I am watching what I eat and my mom is on WW so she is helping me do the points thing. I already feel better after one week of eating healthy!!

So mine will now officially start on Tuesday. Dh is making chicken francese tonight  
Plus I already had a french vanilla coffee and a greasy egg sandwich. 
So Tuesday will start the official loose weight and exercise, get my body back into shape mode.

i got on the scale (oh, that's a bad word)
I gained 1 lb. That doesn't mean anything though I need to lose at least 20-30 to begin with.

I hate the word diet because I never stick to it
BUT...I am planning on being healthy this year!! Going back to eating healthy & going back to exercising!
