Why aren't any landscaping companies calling me back?
Do they have so much work and have so much money they don't need mine?

maybe they're all really busy now? it's prime time for planting and spring clean-up for them all so maybe they have a back log of calls to return.
i also know that a lot of places don't have a full time person manning the phones, so the owner may be out in the field all day and only be able to retrieve and respond to calls at night?
maybe?

Nice, right? I've been calling masons/contractors because we are redoing our driveway, walkway, patio. It's a huge job and potentially a lot of money for someone. Fernando came but we wanted some more estimates and NO ONE is calling me back!!!

This happened to me when we first bought a house. I finally found out who everyone on my block was using and called him, even then he didn't call back right away.
I think each company has their own territory an it's not profitable for them to do just one house on a block.

I called 8 the other day. Left all messages. No one called back. I saw the landscapers at my neighbors house, hired them onthe spot. My lawn is fab. Now, im getting calls back.

I have one guy promising me to come and give an estimate. Calls and reschedules galore for him.
He has still not called me to reschedule.
He's done.
I'm waiting for two others. One referred by a friend in the next town.

i had to just keep calling until someone picked up. they were not good about returning my calls at all. i figured they are really busy right now.

This is who we use. They are great! The go all over Nassau and parts of Suffolk.
