WHy does my DD have red bumps all over her???? **Update**
She has a small patch of these bumps the other day but then they went away so I didnt think anything of them....however when I got home from work today I went to change her diaper and clothes and now they are everywhere...her chest, her back....
Does anyone know what this can be?? Is it an emergency or can I wait til monday to see the dr?
**Update** I called the Ped and we are taking her in to see him tomorrow morning...THANKS everyone!!

That link isn't taking me anywhere.....
Did she eat something new, did you wash with new detergents or fabric softeners, drink something new?

No new detergents, no fabric softeners....My MIL gives her things without telling me so maybe I better check with her...

Now i see pic.. I would call peds, looks like a reaction to something. My dd had similiar when she had an allergy to oatmeal cereal. Is it on her face too? I put hydrocordizone on dd and it helped clear it up.

I see the pic now.... It def looks like a reaction to something. You can call the on call ped, and they'll tell you what the proper dosage of Benadryl is until you can find out what your MIL fed/gave her.

yeah, call the ped before doing anything...... if you smear on some hydrocortisone, make sure you don't give too much. you're not supposed to put it all over... it would give her too much of the drug...

Re: WHy does my DD have red bumps all over her????
Did she have a fever at all the last few days? My dd had a fever I associated with teething then the rash came and I took her to the doctor and it was roseola. Good luck! ETA, there was nothing to do at that point, once the rash comes, that is the end of the virus.

DD had the same thing . We just saw a dermatologist few days ago and it's eczema. Gave us a Hydrocortisone cream for the spots and Cerave lotion. It went away in 3 days , but I have to keep moisturizing her skin as much as possible.
