WHY does she tell me these things?!? (WAY TMI)
I am really upset with my SIL (as usual) she texted me today that my neice was constipated and hadn't gone in two weeks
I texted back that she should take her to the doctor and ask if she could use suppositories. She then texted me that she isn't really constipated, she just screams when she poops. So I told her to ask her ped about colace.
Fast forward to this afternoon, she texts me again that she isn't constipated at all, but the yeast infection she ALWAYS has has spread up into the back and now she has red sores in her anus. The doctor told them to use cortizone cream.
I can't tell DH b/c he is really upset and feels they don't clean her and told me not to tell him anymore, but I am really upset that her poor body has to go through this

OMG! That is horrible! I would really sit down and talk to you SIL about this, its not right that her DD has to go through that, poor thing.

ouch. I got a yeast infection from antibiotics and it was mild-I cant imagine your nieces discomfort

This is so sad. Why doesnt she just clean her more often? OMG I go insane if i havent changed DS diaper in a hour or two. Does it take that much just to clean her more. This is making me mad and I dont even know her.

Are you close with your SIL? Maybe you should suggest she take your niece to the dr and you go with her. If she is not changing her regularly and not cleaning her properly that is horrible. And I dont know if I would use cortisone on a baby unless absolutely necessary and I dont know that cortisone should/can be used for a yeast infection
