Why give a time window???
I hate direct tv I swear to God. All we want to do is add another tv to our service. They said they have to come here and do it, fine so they say today between 1 & 5 which in reality equals 1 and 1 hour before your death!!!
UGGGGGGGGGGGGH if your gonna be late cant you freakin call? There goes this guys tip. JERK JERK JERK
