Why hasn't my temp...
gone up yet?? According to the CBEFM I O'd on either Sunday or Monday, and my temps haven't risen yet? What does this mean??? My CM has also turned from watery back to sticky.

I ham having a very hard time with temps also. If I base things on my temps then apparently I did not O this month which I am like 95% sure I did so

I have found temps have to be taken in concert with some other mthod. Saliva monitor, OPK's, checking cervical mucous, etc. Unless you have a very clearly defined temp rise it can be hard to analyze. At this point I don't even temp anymore because Ican tell when I o through OPK's and CM. I use my chart more for symptoms and to keep track of AF.

I also use OPK's and every other month my temp has risen after I O, and this month it hasn't, I am almost definite that I did O
