Why is Dr. Hanauer's office phone always busy?
How many lines do they have??? It is crazy that I have been calling nonstop for 20 mins and all I get is a busy signal.
I am trying to see if my glucose results came back yet.

There is something up with the phones in that area. It happens at my pediatrician's office too and they are near Winthrop.

UGH - they don't have my friggin results back yet! So annoying! They said this lab that I went to is very slow.

I asked them the other day and she told me they dont have very many lines coming in and so if two calls are on hold, its busy.
I asked if they thoguht of getting more lines and the lady looked at me like I had 14 heads, so I will take that as a no.
But It scared me cause what if its an Emergency.
It has taken me 30 minutes to get through sometimes.

I have noticed too but if my water break girl... I am calling 911 and call her on my way to the hospital.

If you water breaks you can just go to the hospital and then they will get in contact with her.
They will send you to the hospital anyway.
I think they should think about adding another phone line though!

I'm glad I saw this thread I was just calling this morning to make an appt and wondered what the heck is going on. I managed to get through in about 15minutes though. It sounds like an improvement compared to the rest of you guys
