Just got off the phone with the Re's office and I am freaking..( Rubella related)....
SO they tell me that I am not immune to Rubella?!?!?!?
What is that about?
Now, the wait will be longer, I have to hope for AF  @ the end of this month and go back with Af and get some more blood drawn, then go on BC pills for 2 weeks ( haven't been on them for 8 years+)
and then get a Rubella shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!
W T F!!?!?!
anybody else deal with this BS?
I am freaking out b/c I am due to go back to work Jan.1st and it hard for me to be here for ovulation time
Jsut adds to the wait of TTC 
ETA- Dh is being an azz and not understanding WHY I am so upset.
I know it's better I found out I am just bummed.
My mom said I was vaccinated for this years ago, I guess it wore off

How annoying, I read you post and did a bit of research, go to this website, you might find some answers

It says pregnancy should be avoided (interesting term of phrase for us ladies!) for 4 weeks. You can also try the World Health Organization website, they have a lot of info on vaccines.
Sorry is I didn't put the link in right I am not very good at doing that!

I had this and the vaccine did not take or wore off.
i was vaccinated when I was younger, was advised when I was pregnant I was not immune. they gave me the injection right after I delivered and i had to wait three months before conceiving my daughter.
I wanted them back to back and i remember talking to the doc and he said its a live vaccine and there is high risk of birth defects if u get prego during that time period of shot.
im sorry...

Thanks for the link, I just looked that over.
Thanks for the responses, waiting is one the most frustrating parts of this process for me.
I spoke with a few friends who have had kids and they don't know if either way they are immune to rubella or not b/c they were not given the CD3 blood work.
Anyway, as my friend said just make sure all my ducks are lined up and go with what I am told.
That's what I will do. Although, I am still torn on going on bc pills during the wait as I have NOT taken them in forever.

I am dang lucky I never got it prego with my son--Ii was not vaccinated for him
