Why not Merry New Year, Joyous Hannukah and Happy Christmas?
Why is it almost always "Merry Christmas", "Happy Hannukah" and either "Happy" or "Joyous" New Year?
You never hear Merry Hannukah, or Merry New Year, and very rarely hear Happy Christmas. I wonder why?

Customary usage.
I hear Happy Christmas with some frequency, though.

It's just what is the norm in America. My mom has a bunch of Happy Christmas decorations the she bought when we lived in England.

I like Zingy New Year.
Let's see if we can get it to catch on.

Yes, it's Happy Christmas where I come from. In the UK too.
