IDK...I'd imagine if they are looking for drugs they won't test for pregnancy, and pregnancy wouldn't show up in a drug test.

Well, a test (urine or blood) that is looking for pregnant, will show up as pregnant, or not.
However, it would be unethical (and probably illegal) for a potential employer to claim to test you for drugs and actually test the sample for anythign else, including health conditions including pregnancy. A person's medical conditions are private. Just read the release carefully and make sure its limited to drugs.
