will you wear a bikini this summer?
i always have but not sure if I can yet this summer, since my body is not the same after having a baby. I know what I need to do to get it there but honestly lack motivation and I'm settling for "I look pretty good, but not great". Would you /are you going to wear a bikini even if you've got a bit of a flabby belly and some extra jiggle, etc?! I'm on the fence. I don't want to look silly, but I THINK I can look PRETTY good and I prefer bikinis to tankinis. I know stupid/vain type question, but I just had to ask.

Re: will you wear a bikini this summer?
I will even though I am NOT at my goal weight.
The thing is, that every time I try to buy a one piece or a tankini - I feel it makes my problem area WORSE. I have a belly ( no kids yet, great - cant wait for that LOL )and the shorter tankinis cover everything BUT my belly. . . making it look worse. The longer tankinis (IMO) look too matronly on me - meaning the ones that cover the top of the bathing suit bottom. . .
One pieces make me look like I have a distended (sp?) belly. LOL
So bikinis it is!

Re: will you wear a bikini this summer?
I bought 1 tankini for the summer but I think I will still try to wear some of my bikinis from last summer. I look OK, but not great, but I think I look much worse in a 1 piece.
It's one of those things where if I am standing or laying down I look fine, but if I am sitting or bending, then you see all my belly flab, and lord knows I will be doing tons of bending running after my DS this summer.
hmmm, maybe it'll have to be the tankini after all . . .

I will probably wear a bikini..... it's all I own, anyway.
This is the time I year the thought of a bikini scares me but come July, I realize it's not that bad!

Yes!
I was so unsure after having a baby this past December and not working out like I wanted to, but I put one on yesterday and I was so pleased! Victoria's Secret isn't calling to hire me, but it was definitely not as bad as I thought...it was pretty damn good actually!
