Windows/ Microsoft question

I am unable to open a file saved as a .wps
I have MS Word- not works, and my Word will not open this file!!
I can't download any software- this is a personal file and a work computer.
Is there any other way around this? I have works on my home PC- would I be able to open it there and save it as something else, to email it back to my work address and print here? Is it even possible to save it as something else? BC of course my home printer doen't work.

because I can't try it until I go home, and I 100% need this by tomorrow, so I need to be sure about my plan- bc getting help tonight will be impossible.
