Winkflash vent...weird
I ordered my cards through them 2 weeks ago & got my 5x7 cards & envelopes w/ them. Fast forward to this week when I ordered 25 more (same as last time) & this time they do not come w/ envelopes. When I called customer service they told me that these are not cards I ordered but 5x7 pictures...ummmmm I'm looking at both pictures from both orders & they are exactly the same

I am sorry they screwed up your order. I just received mine today and the coloring is completely off.
I think I am done ordering from them. For DD's announcements they sent them in Glossy instead of matte but it was the send batch and I didn't feel like waiting. So now I am just going to use Shutterfly.
