winthrop registration spinoff question?
did your form have the part about the social security number and birth certificate for the baby?? its like mine is missing a section. i'm going to ask for a new set when i go in b/c in the booklet it says there is supposed to be a section and i definately want that done!

They give you the forms for the baby's SS# and birth certificate after you deliver. You fill it out and give it back to them during your stay at the hospital.

on 1 of my forms it just asks if we want the hospital to apply for the babys ss# nothing about a birth certificate. we checked off yes about the ss#.
