OMG yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was 1000% SHOCKED at the quality of the stone he picked. WAY more than I expected or wanted   he did VERY well
the jeweler allowed DH to borrow a temporary setting so that he could propose with an actual ring. I picked out the setting the very next day. I am very happy he did it that way!

Oh I dropped enough hint on the style and band I wanted. He got me exactly what I wanted and did a very good job too. I was very happy and even more suprised.

I had no idea he was going to propose, and I never really dropped any hints as to what type of ring I wanted. DH did a great job picking out my ring - I LOVE IT!

I told DH what ring I would like...princess cut....never expected him to get it...but he picked out the diamond centerstone out himself; while it was loose; and he picked the setting and I couldn't be happier

I was more then happy. My DH designed my e-ring & wedding band. I even told him after he gave it to me, that I could not do better if i did it myself. In fact, I probably would have went smaller if I did it myself...Everytime I look at it, I smile

DH did awesome, the only thing i had told him was that i like round and side diamonds, but he did the research for clarity, color, etc and designed the ring with the jeweler himself.
