Woke up in a puddle last night....
of sweat!!!!
I wasn't wearing cotton PJs either so that made it worse.
I literally had soaked the sheets, my neck was soaked, I was dripping!!!!! DH was freaking out and asking if I was OK.
This is not the first time this has happened either. I keep telling DH it's not freezing in our bedroom, and he keeps turning the AC lower.....
Maybe he'll learn....
Anyone else?

Re: Woke up in a puddle last night....
My DH tried to raise the temp in our house last night two degrees because he thinks it is too cold. I told him he needs to get another blanket. I get hot flashes at night too.

My DH says the same thing, but in the summer, especially this one, I like it to be cold so I can sunggle under the covers.
I guess DH will believe it isn't too cold now!

Re: Woke up in a puddle last night....
Since I have been getting further into the pregnancy, I no longer sleep under the sheet or blankets. I ALWAYS sleep under something in the past, love to have the pressure on me... but this whole being pregnant thing makes me really hot at night.... no covers, AC all the way up, ceiling fan on... I still sweat some nights!

Re: Woke up in a puddle last night....
I got those sweats all the time at the beginning. Now, my breathing is better when I feel FREEZING. So we keep it uncomfortably cold so that I don't have an attack. DH is in his glory as he always wanted to keep the house colder!

Chalk it up to hormones. I am not PG yet, but I am always hot thanks to all the meds I am on.

That happens to me once in a while. Just wait until you're postpartum, its even worse.
