Words that don't exactly exist anymore...
I was having a discussion at work and we started talking about words that WE still use, but that would be lost on kids today. Words that we use in every day conversation, but are a bit out-dated.
Here are a few we mentioned. Can you add to this?
Record (as in vinyl)
Album
Cream rinse
Price Club
Floppy disc
Genovese (drug store)
Dungarees
Slacks

Album still exists 
What do you think the label refers to their product as? Its an album. 
I agree with floppy disc and Genovese.

I thought Album still existed too! But my manager told me he was telling his kids that he had some of the best albums of all time and they didn't know what he was talking about. Scary!

I have still have VCR/TV combo from my college days -
but I think one day, how Beta's are weird to me, VHS's will not be the norm for kids - they will all be renting DVDs

Sometimes I call the kids I work with "dude" (I work with teenagers). They think it's hysteral and they tell me to say "son" instead of "dude"
